These aren’t favorites because of technical perfection. I’m not that full of myself. Each one I look at, I remember the preceding conversation and know each involved laughing,

Swearing at Abbie while taking communion pictures; Renee swinging around and catching her; John in that fountain, Chris and Sean coming up with the coolest pose themselves; MaryJane smiling to get it over with and coming out with the happiest photo I’ve ever taken; Dante shoving his face into the camera, creating a look that I’ve tried for many times since; Fred laughing so hard that I have no idea how he snapped into such a serious pose; Beth acting glamorous on the toilet…

Each one has personality for me. Not knowing the people or not having been there might sour them… I don’t know, but these are some of my favorites.

Be the first to like.

You really do capture so much personality in your portraits – they are all great candid shots. Even though I don’t know any of them personally, I feel like I have gotten a glimpse into their personalities and their fondness for you through your photos of them.

I wish I had a house large enough to frame each photo – I could never decide which I thought was the most beautiful. You make even the most mundane thing seem like a piece of artwork..
